Don Q. Paullin
Don is the Principal
and President of Hiring Firing Experts, Inc. He is a former pharmaceutical
executive turned successful entrepreneur. He is the founder or leader
of several multimillion-dollar businesses one of which grew from $0
to $8 million in just 3 years and became part of a successful IPO.
He is the author
of Hire Hotdogs and Fire Baloney, a book on how hiring is the
key to career and business success for owners, CEO's and managers. In
addition to being an author, he is an in-demand speaker, seminar leader,
trainer and business consultant.
During his career,
Don has been highlighted in national magazines such as Pharmaceutical
Executive, PharmaVoice, and Physicians and Computers.
He has also been a featured guest on CBS Market Watch. He is a member
of the National
Speakers Association (NSA), Toastmasters
International and the Illinois State Chamber of Commerce Advisory Board. He has won 5 Toastmaster International Humorous Speech contests for his "Boxing with Tune-Up" and "Tangerine Suit" speeches. His winning speeches are available on videotape
upon request.
Don received his B.S. in Business from Emporia State University and his M.S. in Human Resource Development from National Louis University.
Richard L. Juntunen
Dick is Vice President, Operations of Hiring Firing Experts, Inc. He is a senior
human resources executive and has held domestic and international roles
at corporate and business unit levels covering all HR responsibilities.
Previously, he was
HR director and consultant to the CEO and corporate leadership at R.R.
Donnelley, a world leader in print services. Prior to this, he was with
Motorola where his responsibilities included U.S. and international
human resource management for China, Taiwan, Singapore, Central America,
and Ireland. Before Motorola, he held management positions with the
Keebler Company, the Miller Brewing Company and the Burroughs Corporation.
Additionally, he served for over 10 years on the Board of Directors
of the United Way of Suburban Chicago where he chaired the Human Resource
and Executive Selection Committees. He is a member of Toastmasters International.
Dick received his B.A. in Psychology and Masters in Labor & Industrial Relations (MLIR) from Michigan State University.
